Re: J-Cacti 2012
Great collection, Jens. I especially love the Wilcoxia and the unique flowers of the L. famatimensis.

Re: J-Cacti 2012
Nice flowers! The first one has a very unusual color. Is this because of the lighting?

Re: J-Cacti 2012
Yes the lighting is a little dim, but in fact it is a brownish tone of yellow flower as in many species of Pterocactus.

So beautiful, Jens!
Anyhow I prefer the white backgrounded pictures. They look more friendly.

Hello Jens,
you are showing yet another pretty and perhaps pretty rare Echinocereus member. I love that Echinocereus nivosus, General Cepeda plant, with its lovely white spines and beautiful flower.
Harald

Thanks Harald and Arjen.
Ralf, you are right the lighter background has a more cheerful appearance. But still sometimes the black background is in some cases bringing out colors and contrasts out better.

What an amazing show! There's even more in the foregrounds and backgrounds (like that Loph in the 2nd and 3rd picture!)!
