If you have a cactus plant and need help identifying it, this is the place to post it.

Some kind of Cereus

Post by Harrison »

I suspect this is Cereus Repandus but would like to confirm, I can't find a photo online that looks the same. Was labelled as Cereus Peruvianus Monstrose. Also is it normal to have much growth over winter? I noticed there are some buds starting to form at the base of the plant that I don't recall being there when I stopped watering it in fall. Been outside in the cold but kept pretty dry under a roof overhang. Currently about 13-14 inches tall.
