Looks like a Cereus from the naked fruit, but will leave somebody else to identify the species.

Peruvianus seem like the closest match? It has adapted quite well to our weather in the Philippines!

BTW, l asked for those cuttings on the ground and will plant them in my garden. Weather in PH? - lots of rain... :)
