Sure looks like "something"!
The Hylocereus I know (costarisense, undatus, etc.) have smaller spines and are 3 winged.
Resembles acanthocereus, but the fruit is a little large. Do you have any fotos of the flower?

Harrisia balansae or Harrisia pomanensis.
If your cacti mess in your job just forget about the job.
