There is no cactus you can't eat, but you just might regret it if you eat the wrong one.

Looks like a clump of Mammillaria decipiens/camptotricha ?

I'd say it's the plant that goes around under the name Mammillaria painteri fa. monstruosa.

I have exactly this plant, and it looks very much like this one. Mine are just still two small solitary plants (although one is starting to sproud). Mine were also unnamed, so thank you for helping me out aswell. Was a bit of an impuls buy which I partly regret...
