#3 is Cliestocactus winteri I think.

Thanks Kamos, for the ID. It really looks like C. winteri.

And now I noticed that I've posted pictures of 3 cacti, not 2 as I mentioned in the tittle, sorry

#1 - Can be Praecereus or Arrojadoa
#2 - Maybe Pilosocereus
