What kind of cactus is this?

What kind of cactus is this?

I'm trying to figure out the watering cycle for my cactus, except I don't know what kind of cactus this is! Any help would be greatly appreciated

It looks like Mammillaria elongata. I believe it would enjoy more light and a more draining mix.
