Gymnocalycium mihanovichii friedrichii, flowers or fruit?

It does look kind of stressed, could be too much sun.

The red body colour is a characteristic of some of the mihanovichii group, nothing to worry about. It is often developed to differing degrees in different plants.

Thank you. I started Googling last night and came to the same conclusion. Maybe the color will change back to green when it finishes flowering.
