Could someone please help identify this Cacti

My friend gave me this Cacti as a gift but has no idea what kind it was. I would like to know what kind it is so I can make sure I take care of it properly. Thank you in advance for the help!!! :D

Mammillaria, maybe M. decipiens??

It looks more like a "Dolichothele" type Mammillaria. So M. malaleuca etc.

It needs more light, it's growing thin and pointy at the top, rather than being spherical to short columnar.

Thanks for the help guys! Is it fine in the pot it is in? I never had one before so any info will help. I left it out to get light all day today. Thanks for that info!
