How to differentiate between U.Pectinifera and U. Pseudopectinifera?

The original U. pectinifera generally has more erect comb like spination, whereas U. psudopectinifera has more untidy spination which spreads sideways more. Whether such differences are enough to erect a separate species on is debatable:-

This link treats most of the pectinifera types as synonyms of pectinifera:-

If you scroll down the following link you can see that plants very different looking as seedlings in the pectinifera group largely loose these minor differences as the plants mature, therefore older plants of all the supposed different species tend to look similar:-
