The second one looks like monstrose cereus jamacaru. I'm not sure about the other ones.

4 looks like Austrocylindropuntia vestita

Does #3 have hooked spines? Might be Mammillaria zeilmanniana.

thanks everyone :) these do seem correct from what i see! so that leaves the first one still up for IDing :)

1) seems to be one of those Trichocereus-hybrids that are sold in big-box stores. Could be a Pilosocereus, but I think not.
