*EDIT* Dammit it turns out its actually a Gymnocalycium saglonis  I really wanted it to be oenanthemum cause of the small size and red flowers

Not Notocactus herteri or scopa, but one of the red spined ones like P. (Notocactus) schlosseri?

Could be although I did see a red spined variety of Parodia scopa so idk also this plant seems to be very green from lack of light so we might not be able to figure out exactly what it is until it flowers.... also the gymnocalycium can some1 verify what species it is? i think its a saglonis but so many species look alike its driving me insane.

The gymno is probably G. Pflanzii, definitely not G. saglionis.
You'll know for sure once it flowers.
