Is this C. Samaipatanus or baumannii? Grateful as always for your help.

Cleistocactus samaipatanus for sure. Beautiful!

C. baumannii has the usual cylindrical scarcely opening Cleistocactus flower, not having the wide opening petals of C. samaipatanus:-

The spination on C. baumannii is very variable too.
