I had this Ferocactus for christmas and am not sure of the soecies. Thinking histrix or wizlizeni but I could be wrong any professional opions would be greatly accepted.

Or maybe F. pilosus. Hard to tell for sure when they're small.

I have something similar that was labelled as gracilis but I'm not 100% convinced.

Glad its not just me having difficulty identifying this one. Think I willwill need to wait for flowers. Its about the size of a grapefruit so might get some flowers in the next year or so.

They're not likely to bloom until they're moderately large, 20-25 cm or more... and they're not fast growers. Hope you can identify it before then.

I happen to have one somewhat similar that I've been trying to ID. I was just about convinced it was gracilis, until Bruno suggested pilosus. Now I'm definitely convinced it's probably one or the other... :-k
