Cacti in the garden: #2

Post by AndreyZharkikh »

This is another unlabeled cactus, which the manager tentatively called Echinocereus fendleri. I believe, this is Echinocereus, based on its spiny flowers. However, the part of the key leading to E. fendleri is so ambiguous and complicated that I just cannot make any conclusion about the species and have to rely mostly on your experience. Thank you for your help.
