ID's needed

Post by dave123791 »

Hi guys, im new to cacti and succulents. I need help with identifying these plants. Im pretty sure they are all cacti, sorry if not.

3.White puffy, 4. Tall one, 5. Dark one Image

7. (this one has gone weirdly tall, could this be due to overwatering? I was on holiday for 3 months in Spain as part of a training programme and left the house to my friend, i think he over watered all the plants.)

9. (this one has turned a bit orange lately, could this be because of sun burn? There was quite a lot of sun lately, i have moved him to the back so he still gets sun but not as much.)

10. (i'm not sure whether that's a cactus or a succulent)

Thank you
Dave

(sorry for the poor quality pictures but my camera is broken so I have to use the camera in my tablet which is not very good)

Bigger pictures would definitely help.

#1 Austrocylindropuntia subulata (monstrose)
#3 Notocactus leninghausii?
#7 Etiolated Mammillaria. M. spinossisima?
#8 Ferocactus.
#9 Don't like the look of that, might be dead.
#10 is not a cactus.

#3 might be Austrocylidropuntia vestita cristata
#10 looks like Aloe or Haworthia

I think #10 may be a hybrid, Gasteraloe (Aloe x Gasteria) perhaps.
