Hi all!
I recently obtained a few cacti which I can't quite pin down - all were received with no ID at all.
This first one is certainly a Coryphantha, but I'm not certain which:
The second is most certainly a Mammillaria, but again - unable to nail it down:
The third is confounding me...I'm thinking it might be Parodia werneri? But, not even sure about genus on this one:
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Cheers,
Tristan

The Mammillaria may be M. mystax. The spination (long central spines) are very variable on this species some plants have only short ones whereas some can be long and even curly:-

The Parodia is one of the ottonis group, not Notocactus uebelmannianus = Parodia werneri.

Re: Cactus ID Help
The third one looks like Parodia oxycostata.

Re: Cactus ID Help
Thanks all!
I think the Parodia is P. ottonis, but will be more sure when it grows up a bit.
You may be right on the Mammillaria; I've heard no other suggestions. It too may have to wait to grow up to confirm.
The Coryphantha hasn't gotten a nibble....but, I was thinking C. delaetiana/C.salmdyckinana...but, it bloomed today, and the reddish anthers are throwing me.
Anyone wanna take a stab now that there are flowers?

Re: Cactus ID Help
I would have taken a shot at the Coryphantha ID, but I am tired of being wrong!
