Cereus or Trichocereus or ... with flower

Cereus or Trichocereus or ... with flower

It's night-blooming, as I discovered after the first flower went from 'about to open' to 'completely done' with apparently nothing in between.
It grows more than a foot per year here in Perth, WA.
I thought it might be Trichocereus, but someone pointed out it looks more like Cereus, possibly pachyrhizus

Acanthocereus tetragonus?

Google images for Acanthocereus tetragonus looks a lot closer than anything else I've seen.

Hopefully it got polinated so you can enjoy the fruit, hopefully mine will flower this year
