The first one bloomed while i was away fro a long weekend...the bloom was white/purple stripes...the plant is 4" in diameter
The second one is some sort of mam (I think); I hope the close-up helps

There first one looks like it could be an Echinofossulocactus crispatus aka Stenocactus crispatus. Not sure about the second one.
