I'm new here. My wife says this is a cactus plant but is not sure. She wanted me to find out what type it was so here I am. I figured if any one would know it would be ones on this forum. She also has a one she says is a penis cactus. At looking this up I don't think it is.

So I'm just wondering what these two plants are and asking for your help.

Thanx

Your first photo is indeed a cactus I couldn't tell you which specific one as it's so sickly it's growth has reverted to that of a juvenile state probably caused by lack of light... however it's probably some kind of epicactus hybrid you can see the adult growth in one spot where the stem is wide and flat probably the original cutting? and your second photo I think is some kind of Euphorbia? but that's not my area of expertise

Your second plant is a Euphorbia. Most likely Euphorbia trigona.
Once bitten by the cactus collecting/growing bug, there is no known cure!

How old is that Euphorbia? Its so straight and didnt topple over or anything, really cool. Also, are those flowers on its sides? Pups?

I've seen badly etiolated epiphylums before that looked just like that first one.

Thanxs to all for the help. Sorry I can't get back quicker to a post. Drive a truck and sometimes get stuck out at night. I'll have my wife take a look at the post when she gets home. She can give a better answer about the Euphorbia. The plants in the house (and outside) are her expertise, not mine. So I'll let her answer. but once again for all your help.
