Boring pot-filler - ID?

I like this cactus, why so mean green knight :(
Not all my cacti bloom, i wish they would but they Deff ain't pushed into the boring category... to get flowers all you gatta do is say this everytime YOU water him.. "Pretty cactus full of life show your flowers to the light/night (depending on when they bloom) take this water as my gift to you and blooming flowers are all I'll ask of you" and on growing season you'll notice a bud form, it works ! :D

I take back everything I ever said about it being boring - it's a good looking cactus now, even without flowers. Blooming would still be nice, of course
