Need ID... Please

Post by Ivan C »

Hi All

I saw this at Home Depot the other day. Any ideas on the identity?
Also it is grafted as you can see. Can it be safely ungrafted?

Thanks,
Ivan

Gymnocalycium mihanovichii
It looks like it will be OK on it's own roots.

On it's own roots and doing very well. But flowers take a long time to open.

Looks better this way than as a frankencactus.

I agree that looks fantastic growing properly on its own roots.

Yes much better.
And as the walls come down and as I look in your eyes
My fear begins to fade recalling all of the times
I have died and will die.
It's all right.
I dont mind
I dont mind.
I DONT MIND
