Joel's (Cactus Adventures) "C. brookeae" is referable to the sometimes-considered-it's-own-species Cleistocactus vulpis-cauda; so, where you can get seeds depends on your taxonomy!
Other places the vulpes-cauda taxon is available in Europe include: rarepalmseeds.com, Kakteen Haage, and Koehres Kakteen (all in Germany).
Koehres also sells a Cleistocactus wendlandiorum (also often lumped into brookeae) hybrid, and a C. wendlandiorum x C. vulpis-cauda cross; additionally, Koehres sells the "flavescens" (yellow-spined) version of C. wendlandiorum.
