ISI Offerings - Past Years

I've been trying to locate all of the ISI offerings since the beginning of the program in the 50s. I recently attempted to purchase the 50 yr Anniversary CD that had them all listed from 1958-2008 from the CSSA, but it is out of print and is not available any longer.

Anyone know where I can either obtain the CD or obtain the associated info? (the online lists only go back as far as 2002).

No idea! John Trager at the Huntington would know, perhaps. I do not know when they started being published in the CSSA Journal, but from that time on, you could get them by getting the journal DVDs.
