Re-potting Again After A Month?

I have a set of cacti and succulents that I've re-potted from its pot(fresh from the store, with the temporary black plastic pot) last month. I was thinking of re-potting them all again after learning that I need to place them on a better soil mix(50% sand, 50% organic soil). The question is, is it okay to do so? Given that time frame?

And another question, I have this Golden Barrel potted in a plastic pot that's like 2 times the diameter, 1.5 times the height of the cactus(roughly 3 inches,both height and diam). Should I repot it too? I've re-potted it 2 weeks ago(from the same temporary black plastic pot).

By the way, I'm residing here in the Philippines where the climate is tropical.

If you will place them in better soil, then you should even though you recently already repotted them. Better now, than to do it anyway in a few months or next year. But your new mix should really be better. I don't know if it is.

Instead of sand, I would advice you to use rocks / split / pebbles or stuff like that. Is rougher than sand, so better drainage. But I don't know if you climate is in need of better drainage than my climate is. I cannot judge this well.

Would pumice be better? Well the soil is organic, with little rocks mixed in.

About the climate, it's hot and humid here, around 80% of the year.

Pumice is great - definitely use that if it's available.

In a humid climate, you should use a mix that's low in organic matter. You can use a mix with no organic matter, but then you need to provide all the nutrients by fertilizing. You can grow in straight pumice, but most growers add some other gravel for weight so the pots don't tip over so easily when the mix is dry.

Noted! Currently drying the roots now as I removed and cleaned them off their pots.

Okay then! With that, could I mix up like 40% pumice, 30% organic soil and 30% sand?

If it's coarse sand, that would be ok - don't use fine sand.

Is aquarium sand okay? The ones with tiny colorful rocks mixed in?

Too fine, probably. Go for the rough stuff, multiple millimeters in diameter.
