Repotting for the first time

Post by Prickles32 »

I sent this little bowl garden up in June 2013. Does it make sense to repot it? The plants don't look crowded, but for all I know it could be really root bound.

The stubby cabbage like buds are October Daphne. The color is great is the mid fall, but during summer it grows prolifically and encroaches on the other plants. In retrospect, I should not have planted cacti and succulents the the same pot because they have different watering needs, right?

Please look as the spots in "brown spots.jpg." It that normal, or are the plants stressed? I'm sorry I can't identify them, the little garden center I got it from had no info on them.

Thanks a bunch!
