I see most (all?) of your lights don't have reflectors. So much of the light is going around the room rather than on your plants. Silver or white reflectors would direct much of the wasted light onto your plants and should give a cheap improvement to your setup.

Contains some micro-elements and not much N. Maybe once a month, several drops per litre, but not during the rest period.
If your cacti mess in your job just forget about the job.
