Remember many cactus seedlings grow up under "nurse plants" shading them from full sun until tall enough to overtop these plants, therefore may not like full sun whilst small, or grow more slowly in full sun whilst young:-

Mind you full sun in Norway or the UK is not as harsh as in habitat, but we can still burn plants in the greenhouse.

They are in my living room or basement under LED light. Is it ok to let them stay in the window in my living room in full sun? Its not hot inside, maybe 25-27c But do they need high humidity? Now its like 30% inside.

They can live in the open now. Take your time. Fresh air, then some sun, then after a few weeks some more sun.
