You could maybe give it a heavy misting, but hold off on any deep watering. If it's like most Echinopsis, the roots should grow rapidly - a week or two more might make a big difference. No need to rush, that's a sizable offset that contains a good store of water.

Yes I couldn't resist having a look at the roots this morning even though pushing it a bit before showed me it had a good grip in the soil..pretty excited to have the offset..at some point big orange flowers designed by Germans will come out :D
