After repotting cactus how long do you wait to fertilize and water? Thanks

Wait a week before watering - fertilizing depends on what kind of potting mix you use. If the mix contains nutrients there's no need to fertilize for at least a year; only if you use a pure mineral mix that lacks nutrients do you need to fertilize right away.

My soil is 30% organic soil and 70% grit.

Cacti don't need much fertilizer, it's good to go for now without adding any.
