Bombax

Post by majcka »

Hello all.

I could use some help here with cultivating my Bombax ellipticum.

I have them about 30 cm high (OK maybe a little less), with nice big heart-like leafs and caudexs starts to show already. One of them shows a nectar on the surface of leaf stalk, the other doesn't have it.

Is that normal or is that maybe a sign of some pest????

Maja those are pretty big!! They seem to be doing well. How often do you water?

I wouldn't worry about the nectar, unless you see pest hanging around.

I don't see them.

Thank you both. So I'll lick that nectar off or put the cup underneath.
