Milky liquid?

Hi! An accident happened with my new cactus/succulent A flower vase fell on it and milky white stuff started coming out. Would you know what the milky white stuff is? and what do I do with my plant now?

Euphorbias are very poisonous, and often emit a latex sap to repair any wounds. A reason i dont grow them.

Just please avoid messing with the euphorbia any further. it will fix itself.
