White spots on my cacti

Dear all,
I bought last year two cacti. Since a couple of month they are getting white spots and it`s getting more and more. First I thought i is salt, because I live close to the ocean. Can you please help and let me know how I can remove this?

I think I over watered one. Please see the brown spots on the bottom and it feels soft. What is the best to let the cactus recover? And can I recover them?

need your cacti pics.white spots maybe mealybugs ,the other one which body soft should be moved out from the pot and check the roots.

dont water in winter unless in warm greenhouse
