Re: Problem on the top
Not a problem. Could be a sunburn or... a frostbite. Stems are firm, are they? Will be gown out but scars will be seen there for long. You can cut these tips out but will it look nicer or not?
If your cacti mess in your job just forget about the job.

Re: Problem on the top
You do not have many options here. It looks like the very top is still alive and will continue to grow. So you could leave it the way it is and keep the stem looking intact, except of course for the dried up ribs.
You could also go ahead and cut off the affected area at a slight slant, so no moisture would collect and remain on the cut surface. Then the plant would respond by producing an offset new shoot just like it did on the stem piece below.

Thanks friends,
frostbite, can't be, it's a month with no less then 30 degrees Celsius here
I move it to be in the shade maybe it's sunburn.
I will see how it's growing.
It's a new Cacti the other looks good ...
Thanks again

Re: Problem on the top
It probably had been growing in a more shaded position previously. It should do fine in full sun, but an abrupt transition to full sun after it had become adapted to shade would explain why it burned.

You can call that pup "Astrophytum asterias cv. Super Kabuto" and sell it for a ton of money on ebay.
Now, honestly, greenknight is correct with his diagnosis: a very heavy armored scale infestation. This plant requires immediate attention.
