Hana's grafting in 2016/2017

As show on the photo, an off-shoot is developed at the joint of top leaf on grafted stock.
The off-shoot will affect on the growing of scion in future, I cut the off-shoot off together with the top leave.

The grafting process was completed and 18 grafted seedlings were repotted in the morning.
They were grafted on 16th in this month.

18 scions were grafted in the afternoon.

2 - 2nd filial hybrid red flowering asterias x (hanazono kabuto x red flowering asterias) seedlings
4 - Geohintonia mexicana off-sets
12 - Astrophytum myriostigma cv Onzuka seedlings

It was very hot in the greenhouse and hard to stay long time.

The grafting process of 18 scions were completed and repotted in this morning.

2 - 2nd filial hybrid red flowering asterias x (hanazono kabuto x red flowering asterias) seedlings
4 - Geohintonia mexicana off-sets
12 - Astrophytum myriostigma cv Onzuka seedlings

I attempted 126 seedling grafting so far and got 124 of successful results.
I will graft one more batch, 18 seedlings in this season.

16 seedlings and 2 off-sets were grafted in the afternoon yesterday.
It was the last grafting in this season.

Last 2 days were very hot days, maximum temperatures were more than 40 C'.
It was had to stay in the greenhouse and I could not repot grafted scions.

I repotted 17 scions in this morning.
18 scions were grafted but 1 of them failed.

1st filial hybrid (Turbinicarpus alonsoi x Strombocactus aseriformis)
The scion was grafted on 15th December 2016, one month ago.
It has been growing, looks like just alonsoi.

I do not know why you could not see photos.
