Some scions have continued to grow vigorously.
The photo is an Ariocarpus retusu v furfuraceus cv daruma-seiji, 7 cm in diameter taken photo in this afternoon.
You may refer to photos posted on 14th Dec 2014 and on 11th Jan 2015.
These are same plant.

May I ask where you get your seeds from? I want some of these cultivars.

G'day snarfie
I understand you mean "Astrophytum myriostigma monstrose".
Here is the updated photo.
The width of body is 6 cm currently.

Cool crest! Looks a little like my monstrose gymnocalycium.

Very cool looking! Looks a bit like a traffic light.

The original species of mostrose is a Japanese cultivar, Astrophytum myriostigma v nudum cv red-bean kikkou, khoyo.
The cactus turns body color in red between winter to spring. It returns to normal green in summer. (khoyo)
When the cactus reached a mature age, the shape of ribs turns like tortoise shell. (kikkou)
The scion is still 1 year old and I have to wait a while to see the kikkou character.

Updated photos
Although scions have continued to grow, stocks have started to loose leaves due to too strong sunlight and a luck of humidity.

When you say "lack of humidity", do you mean atmospheric humidity or water at the roots? I'm asking because leaf loss in Pereskiopsis is a mystery I'd love to solve and prevent in the future...

I mean "water at roots".
If you could keep potting-mix as wet continuously, Pereskiopsis can keep leaves longer.
