First successful graft
Two weeks ago I grafted one of my c.elephantidens pup on a pad of opuntia. The pad was not rooted but I took it as a cutting from my large opuntia,I don't really know the exact species but I can tell you that it's a native over here and has bright yellow flowers.I used a rubberband to secure the scion and stuck the whole graft in a pot yesterday so it can root. The scion has produced new spines and it has not shrivelled up in these two weeks so I think it took.
