Sulcorebutia offsets for propagation?

I'm just curios to know if it's possible to propagate Sulcos through the basal offsets. Is there any expertise here?

Yes, Just cut them off of the main head, let them heal up for a week or so in the shade and then pot them up in a fast draining mix and keep In filtered light.
I like to check on root development in a month and start to water when I see roots growing.

They will often develop roots while still attached to the mother plant and in that case it's simply a matter of cutting them off, letting the wound callous and then potting them up.

May be I'd start to pollinate. Are you familiar with these technique as well?

You do have to unpot them to take cuttings, so it's a bit more traumatic to the mother plant then for most species. Usually I'll nab a few offsets when I pot one up.
