Degrafted L. Williamsii

Post by Awdre »

Around may this year 3 of my grafted L. Williamsii looked terribly dehydrated. Didn't help to water them much really so I decided to Degraft them. Said and done, I was surprised about the results really. Roots have even been sprouting out from the holes in the bottom of the pots. Even seen growth. Something that I didn't expect that quickly.

I used Pereskiopsis for stock. I'm quite pleased with the result The seedlings from the same batch that are on their own roots are barely 1 cm in diameter and the degrafted ones are between 3,7 and 4,5 cm in diameter and with good growth.
