Plantasia/Orton worked fine for me. Plants of my small order arrived in good shape in no time. =D> Will be an experiment about surviving, the hardiest ones are marked for zone 4.

Glad you had a good experience with Plantasia/Orton. The customer service I received was excellent also. Your choices look very similar to mine. Good luck with them!
Catch a falling star--but don't try it with a cactus!
