Bill, there are any number of programs that'll do it. When I'm just re-sizing, I frequently use a free program called IrfanView (
http://www.irfanview.com/). It'd be: File/Open, Image/Resize, File/Save As.

Sounds like a win win situation to me
All I have to do is figure out how to get an avatar to it's proper size

sorry ...did'nt have time to leave a message this morning......just resized the pic on the way out of the door, headed for work
if you want that pic as your avi.....i will leave it on my website for you to use
just paste the address from the properties box into your profile
