Also caught this Black Widow spider above my Echinopsis candicans wrapping up a bee.

Yes it is the time of year for Black Widows to be out. I wait until the evening cools down, take a flash light to spot them, and then I thin the population. They seem to love being in the cactus; so do I. :D
