I sow the seed 12.07.2015 and now they are around 3 months old.
Is it possible to change their pots ? I want to move them into better pots.
Changing seedlings' pots
Re: Changing seedlings' pots
You could if you were really careful but I'd just leave them alone unless something is really wrong with their potting situation. Less chance of hurting them.

What type of cactus? Ive moved tons of columnars that were under a month in age with zero adverse effects. I usually repot seedlings early if I germinated in a peat heavy seed starting mix.
My toolset is typically chop stick or a pencil to make the new hole, tooth picks to firm the seedling in place, spoons to pull the seedling from the old mix, small bowl of water to get the old soil off and an atomizer to pre wet their new soil.

If they're fast-growing, big robust seedlings, you could get away with it - with some very slow-growing species, 3 years might be more like it. Generally, the advice is to leave them alone until they get too crowded in their seedling pots, any disturbance to young seedlings is risky.
