Can some give me some examples of mammilarias with sap (besides mystax) it seems from quick research most have clear Sap. Just a goofy question.

As jfabio indicates Mammillaria was originally split into sections according to their sap:-
HYDROCHYLUS = watery sap
SUBHYDROCHYLUS = semi milky sap
MAMMILLARIA (syn. Galactochylus) = milky sap (in this case the generic name takes priority for the section as it includes the type species of Mammillaria)
