The base looks like a Myrtillocactus geometrizans

thanks the flowers do look alike but as far as i know that cactus is no clone but it could be

Go to Cactus Mall and click on seeds in the left column and you will find clickable links to their online seed lists. Few cactus seeds men send out printed lists in this computer age anymore, they expect you to download and print them out yourself, but if you can't will usually supply one if you write and ask.

There are usually no problems in importing seeds, but plants are a problem due to CITES. One advantage these days is many seeds men take PayPal so changing currencies and paying online is not a problem and most understand emails in English as well as their own language:-
