they are lovely when they're around, to be fair to this one though this one is on to its 3rd day.

the colours are quite delicate on this one and a bit tricky to capture.

Oh, that is so delicate and lovely. I can't believe such a little thing could be capable of putting out such a wonderful display. I'm a big fan of that soft pink.

That Echinopsis has a bit if a Knobberly Nik Nak appearance.

Yet that is quite a impressive flower that.

And three days so far. You are the lucky one.

Yes it's one from southfields, "Bourne aria". You kind of have to ignore the plant body abit, it almost looks like some bits are growing faster than others! But its architecture has grown on me, its looking better than it did when I got it, it was busting out of a 2.5" pot.
I missed getting a decent pic of my subdenudata, saw them opened in the morning but by the time I got home from work they were shopping up shop, shame as it had 4 blooms all equally spaced around the stem. More buds coming though :D

Oh aye, I thought it looked like a Bourne hybrid. I think I have one or two of those lying around. :) Very nice!
