What causes a "frost hollow":-

Sun isn't part of British tradition Piglet it turns people brown so we don't believe in it, I think it's even illegal over here! :D

It was 100F in the shade last time I went to Spain, far too hot to sleep at nights and all the vegetation was brown. The vegetation is green pretty well all year in the UK as it's usually well watered by rain.

But just to put you off coming:-

A lot of Americans think only Britain drives on the left, but still 35% of the worlds population does so:-

Well I posted the photos and I live up here in Canada. I have cacti growing outside all the year round. I only have a unheated greenhouse. The trick is to take the cacti which cannot tolerate low temperatures into an area in the winter which is frost free. It doesn't matter if there is no light as long as it is cold but frost free and the cacti must be completely dry at the roots. It actually stimulates flowering if the temperatures are kept low in winter. Works for me!!! Oh, and I am originally from the UK, going back soon, for good! I'm missing home. :)
