Rebutia fabrisii var nana
nana means Dwarf. Usually refers to a smaller body size
a miniature variety note the size of the heads compared to the flowers

i see that page lists Rebutia spegazziniana as a Synonym
which is this one

Did you grow this one from seed? Not very common to see these at all.
