Fastest seed germination?

I had hybrid gymno seed start germinating in two days!!!
It was stored in the fridge for over a year before being planted.

This year I planted a cactus mix that I bought in America.
They were 2 years old when I planted them because I kinda forgot I had them.
Most of them germinated within 2 days.
Older seeds seem to germinate faster at the cost of a slightly less overal seed germination in my experience.
