My Euphorbia fortuita just germinated but they are really tall and leaning - guess I should have planted them deeper? They were tiny seeds so I didn't want to cover them too much.

Should I sterilize some coarse sand and use it to support them, or just let them be in their baggies?

Euphorbia seedlings are pretty big, they don't really need a baggie once they've germinated and had a few days to put down a tap root.

Oh, for support, sprinkle some topdressing around them once you take them out. I don't add anything to plants in bags, and I don't worry about sterilizing anything for plants outside of bags. Sand isn't a very good topdressing, I'd go for turface, aquatic potting soil, decomposed granite, or 1/8" pumice. Something fairly heavy and coarse.
